I’m Eric Graham, also known as “Bruce.” I’m originally from Oregon, but I first learned to dive in Japan while stationed there as a US Marine.
Following my military service, I transitioned to a career as a commercial diver in southeastern US doing underwater survey/inspection and maintenance at nuclear facilities. I moved to Michigan several years ago, and earned a degree in Applied Manufacturing Technology (Welding) to further my skills.
Besides diving, I love to travel and I’m an avid baker!
NASE/WASI was the first organization to certify me as an instructor. Between 2007 and 2009, I certify individuals as well as groups, including many teenagers involved in youth programs.
I earned my PADI instructorship in 2010 and am currently certified to teach a variety of classes, from the basic open water, to Divemaster. In addition, I am also certified as an Emergency/First Responder instructor. I am a firm believer in continuing education, and I’m working to increase my specialties over time.
